1. Changes to Terms and Website
DTX reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the website.
2. Registration & Eligibility
- Membership is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the applicable fees and approval or invitation by an authorized representative of DTX.
- Sharing, distributing, reproducing, or reselling any course materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Termination & Cancellation
DTX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user’s membership under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Inactivity for more than 14 days without prior notification.
- Spreading negativity,misbehaviour to mentor’s, hate speech, misinformation, or engaging in disruptive behavior.
All decisions made by DTX trainers and management regarding suspension, termination, or banning are final and binding.
4. Course Structure & Community Access
- The course syllabus is delivered through structured modules, and completion of each module is mandatory before progressing to the next.
- Assignments and assessments must be completed to qualify for each phase.
- Access to the DTX Trading Community is granted only after successful enrollment and subject to administrator approval.
- Community access is provided free for a lifetime unless otherwise specified.
- DTX reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service with prior notice where necessary.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- Full payment of the course fee is required before enrollment and access to services.
- Classes may be suspended if any payment remains outstanding and will resume only after all dues have been cleared.
- All payments, including advance and full payments, are strictly non-refundable.
- Course enrollment may be transferred to another individual only with prior written approval from DTX.
- Any unofficial or unauthorized fee collection between members is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in or using DTX services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- Service providers who assist in operating our business.
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.
- Professional advisors where necessary.
7. Use of Services
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and DTX policies.
- Any unauthorized, unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited use of DTX services is strictly forbidden.
8. Conduct & Abuse Policy
DTX maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, offensive, or objectionable behavior. Users must not post, share, or transmit any content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. Any such conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without prior notice.
